Billing questions
How am I billed?
Through your Shopify bill. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions you approve in your Shopify admin, and you can change or cancel them there at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Growth has a 15-day free trial and Pro has a 14-day free trial. The Free plan has no time limit.
What happens to my reviews if I downgrade?
Your reviews, photos and replies stay. AI features stop, and the widgets keep showing your reviews on the Free plan.
Do prices change with order volume?
No. Each plan has one monthly price whatever your order volume, with unlimited reviews and requests.
