AI that turns reviews into answers
Your reviews already say whether it runs small, how it washes and how long shipping took. Evlop Reviews reads them all and puts the answer where the shopper is looking.
For shoppers
- 1
Customers say
A few sentences on what reviewers praise and what they’d change, plus the topics they mention most. It’s rewritten as new reviews arrive and links to the reviews behind it. Growth.
- 2
Topic filters
Chips such as fit, fabric or shipping, with counts. A tap shows only the reviews about that topic. Growth.
- 3
Ask the reviews
A question box on the product page. The answer comes only from published reviews and lists its sources. Pro.
- 4
Reviews in the right order
Reviews that match what a shopper cares about, such as fit or sensitive skin, rank first. A built-in A/B test compares it with the standard order. Pro.
For you
The AI does the first read of every review, so your time goes to replies and decisions.
- 5
Labels on every review
Topics, sentiment per topic, and flags for spam, shipping issues and AI-written text. Growth.
- 6
Reply drafts
Drafts in the brand voice you describe, with a tone you pick: thank, apologize, or ask for details. You always send. Growth.
- 7
Weekly insights
Each Monday: review volume, average rating against last week, and the products and topics drawing more complaints. Pro.
What the AI never does
Shoppers trust reviews because they’re real and complete. These rules are built into the product, on every plan.
Hide a review
Personalization only changes the order. Every published review stays visible.
Pass as human
Summaries and answers are labeled as AI-generated, every time.
Answer without sources
Every answer lists the reviews it drew on, so shoppers can check.
See customer contact details
Emails and order details stay out of AI prompts.
Questions about the AI
Which plan includes the AI features?
Growth ($10/month) includes AI moderation, reply drafts, “Customers say” summaries and topic filters. Pro ($20/month) adds Ask the reviews answers, personalized review order with an A/B test, and the weekly insights email.
Can the AI make things up?
Summaries and answers are written only from your published reviews, and each answer lists the reviews it used so shoppers can check. When the reviews don’t cover a question, the answer says so. Every AI text is labeled as AI-generated and may be incomplete.
Where does the AI run, and what data does it see?
AI runs on Cloudflare Workers AI, the same platform that hosts the app. It receives review text, ratings, product names and the reviewer’s display name. Customer email addresses and order details are never sent to it.
Does personalization hide negative reviews?
No. Personalization changes the order reviews appear in. Every published review stays visible, the full rating breakdown is always shown, and shoppers can switch to Most recent at any time.
